Gratitude

With Gratitude

Last night, Rich and I were walking around the museum district of Fort Worth, around the buildings of the Kimbell Art Museum, designed by the famous architects Louis Kahn and Renzo Piano, and over to eat dinner at Hanabi, the best ramen restaurant in town, adjacent to the art museums. We listened to a panel of musicians and music club owners discuss the state of music in Fort Worth, this city of cowboys and culture, and how vastly Fort Worth has changed over the past 50 years. Our little Cowtown is now a thriving metropolis, and we couldn’t be more excited about that.

We were overcome with emotion, rejoicing in this beautiful city we’ve grown to love: we are so grateful.

Years ago, we wanted to start an ad agency, always with that visceral feeling: we could be doing better work. We could be bringing better service. We know this industry like the back of our hands. And now, here we are today, with an assortment of wonderful clients, living in this rich, diverse city, surrounded by music, the arts, talented designers, gorgeous parks, gardens, biking trails, yoga studios, cafes and great restaurants: we are so lucky.
Thank you to our clients, and to the businesses who have referred us to other new clients, for giving us your trust. We are truly grateful to be given the opportunity to support you, and we appreciate you giving us a chance to prove ourselves.

Thank you to this beautiful city of Fort Worth for still being fairly affordable, for allowing two people to give it a go, to be able to live well cheaply, to have so much to offer us, to have a plethora of small businesses supporting us, just like we’re supporting them.

Thank you to everyone who helped us get to where we are today. For the encouragement, the pushing, the support.
During this week of Thanksgiving, in a most stressful political environment, we are grateful to be here, to be among family and friends and the many clients who have become friends. Thank you.
