Sodalis Senior Living

Sodalis Senior Living is an assisted living and memory care provider with over 12 communities based in New Braunfels, Texas. They came to us looking for a fresher, more modern, more user-friendly website and up-to-date collateral materials with new content and a fresh design to appeal to seniors and adult children.

What We Did

  • Re-brand of corporate and community websites
  • Re-brand of collateral packets for each community, including folder, trifold, rate sheets, floor plans, program flyers
  • Re-brand of stationery for corporate and each community
  • Re-brand of advertising and marketing campaign
  • Re-brand of menus and comment cards
  • Re-brand of internal systems and programs materials
  • Monthly journal (blog) featuring residents and timely stories
  • Creation and management of community and corporate Facebook accounts
  • Creation and management of Instagram accounts
  • Creation and management of Google AdWords and Bing Online Ads
  • Management and negotiation of advertising promotions
  • Design of billboards and vehicle advertising

How We Did It

By studying Sodalis’ target audiences of senior adults and the children of senior adults, we came up with a cleaner,
less bulky and easier to navigate website, collateral packet and identity materials. This included:

  • Modernizing their logo colors
  • Creating a pleasing and stimulating collateral packet for each community
  • Developing their websites with custom content, responsive design, and easy-to-function maps, buttons.
  • Styling their websites to fit their senior target audience with larger font sizes,
  • cleaner design, and no moving parts
  • Creating new advertising messages and design
  • Managing social media and online advertising and analyzing data month to month

Jen and Rich at Craft & Communicate have met all of our needs and our out of the box requests in spades! They have more than demonstrated a clear understanding of our unique small market situation in senior living and have helped us solidify our message and our vision for the future in growth and development. They have taken on the task of coordinating social media, rebranding, new internal collaterals, in addition to the new development projects for our new state of the art senior living communities, in a variety of demographic markets. Their professionalism and leadership in arranging all of these components and transitioning social media/websites during the project has been seamless, and communication throughout was consistent and concise. However, what made this experience most worthwhile was the manner in which these efforts were conducted. Throughout the entire process thus far, they have shown a shared love for seniors with us, focusing on improving the lives of seniors and their family members.  This partnership could best be described as a common journey. Our path to meet the desires, needs, wants and goals for seniors has been completely in step. It’s been enjoyable to work with a team in which we have a shared deep down respect towards seniors and each other. Anytime there has been differing ideas, thoughts or opinions we have worked together and they were resolved very easily and we never missed a beat!  There has been the presence of a certain tone in working with them that puts everyone at ease. Anyone can buy services and expect to get what they’ve paid for, but it’s the true partnership they provide that gives us the true value. Always above and beyond.  We would gladly recommend Craft & Communicate without hesitation, and will certainly continue our partnership with them for years to come.
